Steps To Place Order

2) Choose and send us your order form at fairytales@kimo.com. Please use only the attached form below.
3) A confirmation reply will be sent to you, stating the availability of your orders and total amount to be paid.
**If you do not receive a confirmation reply within 2 days, please send your order form again. We may not have received it due to internet bugs**
4) Check your order details such as descriptions, colors, quantities, prices and sizes (if applicable).
5) Make payment within 3 days. Refer to links below.
6) Send us a notification email after your payment with details:
- Name
- Transaction date
- Transaction reference number (for internet banking)
- Total amount paid
7) Receive your nice and lovely orders.

Terms & Conditions

1) All sales are on first come first serve basis only. No reservations will be entertained.
2) Please note that all stocks are brand new and readily available. NO SECOND HAND STOCKS.
3) Payments are to be made within 3 days upon receipt of confirmation reply from us.
**Stocks will be released to subsequent buyers if payment is not received within 3 days**
4) Please allow at least 5 working days after receipt of your payment for us to process and deliver.
5) Estimated arrival of orders will be around 1 - 3 working days, depending on your area.
6) We will ensure that the items are in good condition before sending out to you. Therefore, no refund/exchange will be entertained.
7) Please ensure the measurement stated before placing order. No subsequent refund/exchange will be allowed.
8) Please check your orders prior to payment. Once items are sent out, no refund/changes will be entertained.
